Beginner's Pilates

Beginner's level is designed for people that haven't been exercising until now, or haven't exercised for quite a while. People that are new to Pilates are suggested to go through the beginner's level to learn the basis of Pilates, including activating your Pelvic floor, TVA, Pilates breathing and the whole set-up.

Pre & Post natal Pilates
​
Pregnancy can be quite challenging if you don't take care of your body. This course is all about giving you the strength to be able to hold your self up-right during labour without any difficulties.

Intermediate classes
​
Intermediate's level is suggested for those that have been taking exercises quite regularly and can now move on to a higher intensity, repetitions and a more challenging exercise program. At this stage, you will also be introduced to developmental stretches to increase the range o motion of your body.

Pilates for common orthopedic conditions

This sessions are for people that have specific musculoskeletal problems to help improve and maintain a healthy body.
Advanced classes

The Advanced level is a very demanding level with much greater intensity and exercises that only people with experience in Pilates can undertake this class.
